Festivv shrugged. I don't when it will be, whenever fate decides. But whenever it is I will know........ He shook himself and sighed. Then let out a muffled curse word and said, I'm a coward.

"A coward for protecting your family? And now saving your skin? I wouldn't call that a coward. I call that a wise decision."
A coward. Silly. It was no doubt that he would be ripped to pieces should he say anything to anyone of higher rank. Without reason or care for his explination. To her, to tell anyone of rank would be stupid. Especially the alphas. After all, family avenges family, regardless of the reason behind the action of the other usually. It was bias. But it was how it went.

I don't know...... he sighed. Sorry I might have very little to say as I'm used to being alone.
He was still used to the loneliness and he enjoyed having company, but in his heart he knew that the pack wouldn't miss him when his day came.....or so he thought........

"This is the first time I've ever been in a pack before. I usually avoid other dogs. So we're in the same boat, really... great pair to be trying to hold conversations!"
She chuckled a bit at how comical that was. Two dogs, both of which have limited experience with being social. Yep. That would be the way it would go. But to be truthful, she was surprised at how well it was going circumstances being what they were. Suddenly, a little noise from a nearby bush cought her off-guard and she spooked, bounding up and quickly placing herself behind him. It was only a moment later she realized that the thing making the noise was nothing but a scared rabbit high-tailing it out of there. Oh, silly. She was so timid. Bravery was not a trait she really inherited. Talk about a coward.
"...oh, yes. My name suits me well."
She grumbled to herself.

Festivv scuffled his paws agaisnt the ground. I like your name...it's cute.
His thoughts were blurred and he looked at her with a smile. He was glad she understood him and he understood her. He hopped they would be friends for a while longer. He shook some invisible dirt from his fur to hide his embarrassment. With a crooked smile he tilted his head to the right, his amber eyes flashing.

"Well, I'm glad someone does."
She smiled, in light of the compliment recieved. Truth be told though, she hated her name. it reminded her of the people that kept her. Oh yes, timid little mouse. No good for nothin'. It's what they used to say. Couldn't be a guard dog, wasn't wanted as much else. But she wouldn't let on how she felt and why she felt that way. Just averted her glance a moment. Though, it made her curious. Had he ever delt with the two-leggeds? She knew some dogs had never even been around one. Especially the dogs that lived out here.
"Have you ever had a human? How'd you end up here?"

Festivv looked at her, Alright then, you want to know my history.....I've never told anyone before, alright. When I was very young my word was a pile of hate and misery. If you were happy you would pay with your life. My mother was one of the lucky ones, she stayed on the light. As she didn't follow the detections at night. All the dogs were supposed to sleep with their eyes open. She made it look like she did, and they never found out. My father found out in the end though he told on my mother and I had to watch my own mother be killed. My father was awarded beta male and I was also awarded with the permission to watch the old beta be killed by my father. Of course i had no other chose. Before she was killed my mother showed me a secret way out. Away from the pack. I took me over a week to get to the city streets. The two-leggers stared at me and when I went through garbage cans they threw things at me or kicked me. Then I was hit by a Thunder-Engine (car) and a two-legger rescued me. She took me to her home and took care of me until I was better. But then she betrayed me. I was sleeping one day on the bed she had gotten me when she just loaded me into her Thunder-Engine and when she was galloping fast she opened the door and threw me out. That is why I have a slight limp in my front right leg. I had a pup two-legger try to touch me once, I was going to let her when the mother threw a stone at me. I left the city then and came to the forest. I was wondering in a plain not far from the Run-Free territory and I meat her, Reoy and she became my mate. She had two pups, Ryan and Rose. When I was out hunting for food I wondered into Run-Free territory and Blach drove me out. And he tracked me down. He killed Ryan and almost killed Reoy if Rose hadn't been there he would have. Then Reoy blamed me for Ryan's death. I was wondering and I came to Run-Free territory and this time it was Frost who found me. He had come up to me and said, 'Well there youngster, got yourself lost did we?' I had nodded and dipped my head in respect as I guessed he was an Alpha. Then he had tilted his head to one side his icy blue eyes staring at me with an usual sparkle. The with out a moments pause he had said, 'Come on here, young-one, come join Run-Free.' I had accepted and followed gratefully. Only three weeks after joining I was walking by the Cross of Night with Gronner and he had pinned me down and said, 'If you don't kill Frost i will kill your mate and daughter' So I had killed Frost as you know and well there isn't much else I can say. Festivv finished and looked at Mouse half-expecting her to growl or something.

Yeesh. And she thought her past was bad. Perhaps she'd be better off in the world of the city. Judging by his story there, it was a little harsh out here. Mmkay, judging by the story told, perhaps a lot harsh. She couldn't help but take pity on him. Obviously he was affected by all of it. Well, aren't we all? of course everyone's past has some sort of effect on their future- but some more than others. Some more obvious than others. She really didn't know what to say at that point. It's not like it particuarily bothered her. The only Festivv she knew was sitting here right now, having a decent conversation with her. Mouse hadn't been in his past- and she certianly wasn't about to pass judgement on him for it.
"Well, there's not much I can say. The past is past. And you can only look ahead and plan your future."
She looked to the ground and sort of, thought deeply for the moment. Thinking what else she could say to him. With the amount of guilt he seemed to carry though, nothing was going to help probably.
"You've had a hard go at it, hm? ...perhaps things will get better. They can't really get much worse?"

Yes, the past is the past, I can't change it now. He was silent for a moment or two. I''m not sure it could get any worse.
A load off his shoulder, yes that's what it felt like, it felt like something so huge and so heavy had just been lifted off him - two memories had been lifted. The weight had lessened every so slightly. The cowardly omega, Festivv was a bit brighter, I guess you could say.
